Farmers markets for Birmingham. There are lots on this site now. It is really worth a browse. Currently it is quite slow finding the markets so wait a few seconds for the list of markets to appear.

They have everything you could want or need. As someone who grew up on traditional Asian cuisine I can wholeheartedly recommend this place. They have an inexpensive selection of produce as well as frozen and dry goods. Their snacks are great as well, and the prepared lunch foods near the cash register are a must.

The first time I went last week it was amazing. They have Chinese, Korean and Japanese brands, they also do food. The people on the tills the first time I went were really nice. I went yesterday but there were other people on the tills and they weren't very professional, like not very welcoming. But if you are looking for a variety of oriental foods and noodles, they have more choice than Birmingham.
