An excellent and friendly dentist! I was anxious and scared before the treatment due to a bad experience I had years ago. The very welcome and brilliant service made me feel calm so I finish the treatment well. Aftercare information was also really helpful. Thank you

The service was great and the staff were polite and helpful. My dentist was professional and polite. The practice is very child-friendly and I felt all staff went the extra mile to help.

Absolutely no complaints.. On each visit I am always greeted by reception staff in a very friendly manner... I have never been kept waiting by way of delay.. On Saturdays visit I had a tooth extraction which was painless and over and done with within minutes.. All staff are brilliant, friendly and helpful.. A very professional service is always received.

Without a doubt the best dentist I have ever used. Had invisalign treatment here and it really has changed my life. I have gone from being petrified to go to the dentist to looking forward to my next appointment. Each of the staff are amazing. They listen to what you want and are extremely patient. Can't rate this place highly enough.

The Greens Dental Surgery

I haven't been to the dentist for quite a while as I was extremely nervous. I have had quite a lot of work done, including a root filling. The dentist always talks through any treatment I am going to have and makes me feel at ease. I am no long afraid of the dentist and I can smile with confidence. Thank you :-)

We have been with this practice for many, many years. The receptionists are lovely , they are friendly and extremely helpful. The Dr's and nurses, especially Dr Gupte are extremely efficient and professional. Not once have we ever felt rushed during our consultation. A wonderful surgery, would never consider changing. I would recommend this surgery to any one. Thank you for making our visits less stressful, and for ensuring our wellbeing.

Moor Green Lane Medical Centre

339 Moor Green Ln, Birmingham B13 8QS, UK – 0121 411 0393

I've recently joined the surgery and I am absolutely thrilled with the support I've had. Everyone I've met so far has been friendly, helpful and approachable. It has been easy to get appointments at times to suit me. I like being able to book appointments on-line. I would like to specifically mention Phil, who I know is retiring this week. Phil...thank you very much for your assistance and support...I hope you have the most amazing retirement and get to do all the things you want to!

As far as GP surgeries go I think they do a great job. Unlike others you can call anytime of day to make an appointment and can usually get one within a couple of days. The staff are all friendly and I would definitely recommend it

Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

Mindelsohn Way, Birmingham B15 2TH, UK – 0121 627 2000

Unfortunately, I have had an opportunity to stay in this amazing hospital. Their staff is well trained and experienced. I experienced their service and I was very impressed with it. Everything was taken care of and the place itself was spotless. I found the building a bit tricky to navigate, but once I got used to its corridors it was fine. So, if you find yourself in this amazing hospital you will be pleased with the service.

I visited this hospital last night due to intense back pain, turned out to be kidney stones. The staff are amazing so friendly caring and empathetic, the waiting times however are ridiculous. I arrived at 9.30pm got seen to at 11.00pm which i understand as they have priorities and emergencies but then I had to wait 3 and half hours to get results back and to be discharged. Overall its a brillant hospital due to the awesome staff but poorly managed need more doctors on shift during weekends and nights to avoid long waiting times.

West Heath Hospital

Rednal Rd, Birmingham B38 8HR, UK – 0121 466 6000

My sisterinlaw was in this hospital and they where very good to her and family my sisterinlaw was doris abraham .she like to be called betty . Sadly pass a way ..thank you all for being so good to her ..

Birmingham Back Pain Clinic

3 River Brook Dr, Birmingham B30 2SH, UK – 0121 443 5500

I’ve visited all sorts of practices seeking some of back pain relief over the past four years. David is up there with the best. He has the ability to clearly communicate with patients on what he believe the issue is and explain in layman terms the proposed resolution. I’ve had several sessions now and each one has been demonstrably beneficial. I would happily recommend this practice to anyone suffering from back pain.

David is an excellent and professional osteopath. I was treated with great care, precision and with extensive knowledge to my problem. After just 1 session I had less pain and more movement in my lower back. David is friendly , approachable and always very thorough with his treatment and I would highly recommend him.

CT Dent

2, Varsity Medical Centre, 1a Alton Rd, Birmingham B29 7DU, UK – 020 7487 5717

Good directions to find and has parking. Staff welcoming and pleasant. Very efficient- no waiting

After quite a difficult motorway journey I arrived at CT Dent. I was quickly allocated a private parking space and directed to the offices. I was met by staff and immediately put at ease. The procedure was explained and the equipment was shown. I knew exactly what to do to help myself in the procedure and I had no anxieties whatsoever. The scan itself was conducted and only took a few minutes. Whilst waiting to ensure it was successful I had a lovely cup of tea and a chat with the receptionist. The scan was fine so I was soon on my way home. The staff were very friendly and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. The rooms and equipment was immaculately clean and very quiet when in operation. I would recommend CT Dent as an excellent service.

Easy to make an appointment. Phoned me personally to remind me about my appointment, not a machine or text. Lovely welcome into shop. Smiley, friendly staff. Optician Sanjay Patel extremely good. Keeps detailed notes and you feel he knows your case personally, even 2 years since the last visit. Thorough test, with attention to your particular needs, such as PC use, reading etc. Highly recommend this outlet and staff.

Not very much specs choice.

I cannot thank the team at St Marys Hospice enough, for the care, compassion and respect that they gave to my father and our family . You are all very special people. My father sadly lost his fight with cancer and at the end the only thing he wanted was to be taken to St Marys. My father had previously attended the day centre and couldn’t speak highly enough of the hospice . St Marys and the staff will always hold a special place in my heart . Thank you for being there when my father and our family needed you the most .

Been visiting my mum here for a few weeks now and I must say all staff who I have met so far have been fantastic, open and courteous. Place is nice.....a home away from from home. Theses people are doing a great job.

Moundsley Hall Care Village

Walkers Heath Rd, Birmingham B38 0BL, UK – 0121 433 3000

The majority of the staff were genuine caring people but they very much need extra staff to cope. As a family we felt that more stimulation/activities for the residents who were able to get involved was needed, as they sat day in day out in their chairs and this was quite upsetting for family members at times. Name tagging on clothes and personal items is essential, as we found that a lot of personal items went missing. Beautiful surroundings, clean spacious environment.

Superb facility

Redhill Court Residential Care Home - Sanctuary Care

Sellywood House

161 Sellywood Rd, Birmingham B30 1TJ, UK – 0121 472 3721

My Cousin has been a resident in Sellywood House for almost a year. During this time the quality of care he has received from all os the staff has been exemplary. He suffers from extreme dementia and can be very awlward and demanding but, not once has he complained about his care from the nurses and other carers in the home. The improvement in his condition has been phenomenal thanks to the dedication of the staff. He has been in two other homes before Sellywood House and neither of them could compare favourably in any respect to Sellywood. In the opinion of myself, and the family, this home must be without doubt, the best in Birmingham. Saying thank you is all we can do and it doesn't seem, adequate for the loving care he has received. Many thanks to all the Staff on behalf of Bob for the love, care, and devotion that they have given him no matter how difficult this must have been at times. { We would venture to say that, in our opinion, Sellywood is the finest care home in Birmingham

Tom Santisook Traditional Chinese Acupuncture

56 Chantry Rd, Birmingham B13 8DJ, UK – 07766 538177

Tom was recommended by a friend and has really helped with chronic pain and insomnia that I have been suffering from. He is really accommodating and often fits me with little notice. Highly recommended.

Great place! I booked my first appointement for continuous migraines which I never had before and for a sharp pain in my shoulder after falling when skiing. After a few sessions, the results were above what I could hope: migraines were gone and the shoulder feel much better and looser. Additionnaly Tom worked on my stress level and general recovery as I am doing a lot of sport. He combines massages and acupuncture, which really work for me and take the time to listen. Really love this place. I included a monthly treatment in my routine. Highly recommended!

Affordable Acupuncture UK

272 Alcester Rd S, Birmingham B14 6EN, UK – 07901 953546

After reading about the benefits of Acupuncture, I contacted Clair. I highly recommend Acupuncture it has helped me and my wife and changed our lives around, can not have done it without Clair's help. Thank you.

I discovered Affordable Accupuncture after completing a course at the QE, which practiced Western Accupuncture . I have Ehlers Danlos, a connective tissue disorder, and was struggling with pain and very bad migraines. I have found the Eastern Accupuncture even better than Western. I never feel rushed. She took a full medical history , and prescribed medication. She was understanding of my various sore areas, and had researched EDS. ( most Dr.s don't! ) It's painless and without doubt effective . I haven't had one migraine,( which would typically put me out of action for three days,) since last autumn. It also has helped with other pain, she can concentrate on one particula area , if it's bothering you. Clare, the practitioner is a fund of knowledge and good ideas! I would have no hesitation recommending this practice.

The Back Room Chiropractic Clinic

220 Alcester Rd, Birmingham B13 8EY, UK – 0121 439 2726

Ben is very clear in explaining what he will be doing to rectify any issues. I have visited Ben twice, once a few years ago for a trapped nerve in my shoulder, which was cleared by Ben on first visit !! Im just now under treatment for Sciatica , with piriformis muscle issues, and confident Ben will correct any issues. Excellent front desk staff, and fair prices.

I had years of chronic pain with my lower spine and numbing sensation on my upper shoulders and have tried everything in the book to relieve me of the constant pain effecting my performance at work and daily activities. I was recommended to book a consultation with Ben and I found him to be informative, I felt at ease and relaxed during my appointment and gave me tips on aftercare. After my spinal manipulation treatment I've never felt more alive, what a difference a session can make! The staff were fun and friendly and I am a regular patient and have been receiving treatment for 5+ years now. I have recommended all my family and friends to book a session and would advise anyone for spinal relief and get back to health!! One happy customer :D

However I have been feeling better and hope to be cured so I can stay away from the likes of stronger medicines. I would definitely recommend Dr Poonam homeopath and am so grateful it's helped me get my life back to normal.

We didn't have to wait long to be seen, just took along time to have her eye test done but it was all good

This branch is fantastic. Can't thank all of them, especially the manager, enough for sorting my glasses out. It's the best my eyes have felt for years. If I was a VIP, instead of an aging biker, I couldn't have been given any better treatment. A huge Thank You to them all. Highly recommend this store.

I have been a customer of this practise for a few years after I developed Sciatica. I received detailed information on the process of the treatment and given preventative measures to manage my condition afterwards. I have used a range of the services available including Osteopathy, Physiotherapy, Sports massage and Pilates. The extensive knowledge of the practitioners also helped to identify an existing condition that needed medical attention. I highly recommended Guildhall practise.

Reflexology around Birmingham

Holli Young Holistics

Birmingham, Stirchley B30 2XY, UK – 07811 457566

Holli is an absolute professional. She makes you feel so incredibly relaxed and the treatment feels incredibly personal. After reflexology I feel refreshed and calm and ready to take on the world, after I've had a long snooze. Wonderful, thank you Holli.

I have had several amazing massage treatments with Holli and have recently booked a reflexology session I am certainly looking forward to. The space in which the treatments are performed is warm, clean and exceptionally relaxing, even more so once the music and the treatment begins. Holli herself has a very calming and gentle spirit, putting you at ease instantly. She is very easy to talk to and there is time both before and after the treatment to discuss how you feel and if there is anything specific you want to deal with during the treatments. She also seems to take great pride in caring for her clients, allowing enough time for the transition to and from the table, along with a drink of water at the end, and she even remembers specifics about past treatments. The massage itself was very relaxing and has me in an almost meditative state the entire time, the gentle music in the background whilst my body gets re-sculpted from the inside. I have had a lot of tension in my shoulder and neck region from the very physical work I do, and from the first treatment it has become noticeably less tight, gaining an easier and wider range of motion. As a whole you leave feeling utterly relaxed and re-awakened. Great value for your money, highly recommended... I'm not sure what else I can say; Bliss!!

I have been going to David for a few months and would highly recommend him. I go to him for monthly maintenance treatment of a back prone to tension and knots and it really helps. David is highly professional and knowledgeable. I have never had a male masseur before (I am a forty year old woman) but I feel absolutely comfortable with David. I recommended him to a female friend who had hurt her back and was about to go on a cycle tour so needed help quickly. She was very pleased with her treatment.

I’ve been going to David for various holistic therapies for about a year now. He is a professional and talented therapist who always makes me feel relaxed and at ease, and he also has a great sense of humour! I would highly recommend David, he’s a down to earth person and provides a quality and professional service.

Hilary is not skinny; that's ONE of the lovely things about her - so you never feel shy taking your clothes off for a massage. She's fun, sweet and has hands made in heaven. Can't wait until the next one :-)

Beautiful lady through and through. I came to Hilary for Reflexology sessions after which I fell pregnant. Through pregnancy her sessions helped ease thebpain of PCOS. I would highly recommend Hilary xx
