Gulraj and the team were so understanding and knowledgeable they sorted out all our accounts, organised our payroll and have set us up properly as a small business. Wish we'd found them right at the start!

My experience of both Philip Rolle & Gulraj Mankoo has been brilliant. They have assisted and organized my personal tax affairs professionally, with superb efficiency and clarity. I would have hesitation in recommending their services.

I've used M.A Edwards for several years now for doing my self assessment tax return. I've always had fast service (the next day on one occasion!) and had no problems with them. I recommend anybody locally that needs an accountant should try them.

I have used Bristol street ford Kings Norton for a few years now and can’t rate them highly enough. The latest, I was wanting to trade in my Fiesta and wanted a Focus, low mileage with the large menu screen and not white. I was dealt with by Anthony, he was very knowledgeable and honest, as he talked me out of some things I was asking, which probably would have made me spend more. He searched the database of cars to find me the perfect car which was quite painstaking, as I was being very picky. The car had to come from Stoke and was ready for me within 3 days. I was given all the numbers of who to call if I have any problems so peace of mind. A very easy and comfortable experience from start to finish.

I wasn’t sure where to post this review as these were all for the ‘Sales’ department but I had to write in to tell you of the fantastic experience I had from start to finish with a young man called Reece from your parts department in Birmingham Kings Norton. My dad had recently had a Hernia operation and had tasked me to find a part for his Ford Focus. Obviously, I had no clue, where to find this part and after ringing several other garages to no avail I began to think that I may have to ask my dad for help (something I don’t like admitting to do). When ringing Bristol Street Motors, Reece provided an exceptional service and kept me up to date for every part of the process while he obtained the part for me. He even went out his way to source the part from somewhere he wouldn’t usually get parts from and very kindly chased the delivery so that I would get the part sooner than expected. When arriving at Bristol Street Motors and asking for Reece, he instantly greeted me with a warm and kind smile, putting me at ease being in car garage. While I could tell he had a lot of work to do, with lots of other colleagues asking him questions, he quickly put my needs first and got the part for me, asking if I needed help to my car. As my dad was left stranded in the car suffering with his hernia, Reece very kindly took the part out to the car and insisted on talking to my dad to give him some extra advice about the car and the part he had ordered for us. Reece is a credit to Bristol Street Motors and will clearly go the extra mile to make sure his customers are looked after and get exactly what they need. He should be given special recognition as I can’t praise him enough for how polite and thoughtful he was and we will definitely be visiting again in the future for any other parts which are needed for my dad’s old banger (I hope he doesn’t read this).

Great service received today. I phoned in the morning to view a car. Was able to arrange a test drive for an hour later. The salesperson, Richard, was very pleasant and helpful. He provided a lot of detail about the car, advised of additional options but was not pushy. I ended up ordering the car. Highly recommended.

Annual service (and mass airflow sensor replacement under warranty). Both carried out perfectly and car runs much better now. Sensible prices and excellent service desk staff contributed to a stress free visit.

Really great cinema. Sometimes a bit automates for my tastes though. There are days when it seems like people don't actually work there and but for people selling popcorn and cola. That said staff are friendly and the atmosphere is very family fun friendly.

Ive used this shop a few times now and found the prices are cheap. The guys do all they can to get you the parts as quick as possible too. If your looking for reliability then use this place, forget motorworld & Car Spares because you will not be disappointed.

I called them today as I didn't know which part I needed as there were 2. They ordered both and said they would send the one back I didn't need. I'm not a regular customer either. Very helpful people.

ECP as a shop is good however PARK OUT BACK as people from the industrial estate will try and charge you for parking "in front of their offices"

Regularly visit them - check you've got the correct stuff before you leave as there are occasional inaccuracies in aftermarket part lists. Pro tip: always ask the cashier what his best price on everything is!

The staff work so hard at a reasonable price, they clean every part of your car, i would recommend them to anyone.

Do great job go at least once a week

I purchased a vehicle and was eager to have it thoroughly cleaned. I turned to Detox Valet and car wash after poor service by other high Street wash and valet services used in the past. Detox used products that are effective and protective of the car, and delivered a high quality professional cleaning bringing the car up as new and fresh as out of the showroom. However, when in Northern Ireland I had opportunity to sleep in my car as the weather was hot for a couple of months. I put the seats down and the vehicle smelt like dog. The seat at back fold down arm rest was not cleaned. I felt disappointed as I was sleeping in the smell. I contacted the service and it claimed to have cleaned those aspects but, unfortunately, not to the standard I required. There was a shortage of time so I think one or two things got missed.

Anthony did a fantastic job with my car. I took it in for a wash and wax after a work colleague recommended him. He really took his time and the standard of work is second to none. If you're looking for a high quality valet by a decent bloke who knows his stuff go to Detox, you won't regret it.

I love keeping my cars clean and this place is brilliant. Good selection of products, jazz served me and is very helpful. I had been told about certain products but was offered alternatives which were better and cheaper. So thank for saving me some money. The car inside the shop is also awesome. I will be getting my car detailed by these guys.

Great selection of products and great help and advice, great being local aswell managed to get the products I needed without hassle of waiting on delivery etc, would definitely recommend to visit for your products or advice.

Wow just moved into my property and pulling my hair out freezing. My little boy cold misses cuddling him landlord is unresponsive c#*! You tube my boiler and manage to get hold of this chap Dave. We recently had AB Heating and Plumbing to install a new Worcester combination boiler in our home. They carried out the work to an extremely high standard, very clean and punctual, the boiler they recommended is perfect for my family’s needs. We are very pleased to have their services to do this work, Keep up the good work.

The guys who came to clean my apartment requested an honest review via Google so here goes...they were simply brilliant. Both of them worked very hard in cleaning behind my washing machine and moving white goods around just to make sure they cleaned to their high standards. I didn't actually realise men where that good at cleaning but hey credit where credits due. They suprised me with their dedication and extreme dedication to ensure i was satisfied with the work carried out. Would I recommend? I sure would. Would I use again? yes, most definitely. A very happy and satisfied customer.

Needed an end of tenancy clean. These guys were great. I was especially impressed with the oven clean and they did an amazing job overall! Would highly recommend.

After having bad experiences with other computer shops I found this shop through a Friend's recommendations. I am pleased to say I had excellent service provided to me. I took my laptop in to be looked at, thinking the hard drive needed to be replaced. The staff on duty was very helpful and came up with some options, should that be the case. I left it with him and got a call back the same day to say all was ok. As there was no fault found he refused to take any money. Excellent and honest service. I would have no hesitation to recommend or to return encase I did have any further problems. Great to see good honest service. Keep it up!!

Took several laptops to wilson to fix and he always provided a great service and advice. Only paid for work he did even though he's spent lots of hours trying to resolve the repairs, at the best rate. Even made recommendations when he thought i was wasting my money on a recent laptop i took in for repair which gave me confidence in his honesty as a trader. Would definitely recommend. I'm reviewing as a loyal customer to say that, having previously visited Damascena regularly, it's becoming too stressful to go now and I've started going elsewhere. The staff are very friendly but I don't think there's enough of them. We have had issues with waiting for food for a very long time, our food given to someone else twice on different occasions and food being served very cold. Portions I'm general are getting smaller. The last time I went my son ordered his usual hummus and I was shocked at how much smaller the portion was.. There was hardly two tablespoons of hummus in the bowl. I used to be a loyal customer and recommended this place far and wide and it is s sad to see it slipping. I've noticed recently it's much more empty so it seems others feel the same way. EDIT After a long break I went back in July. Massive improvement. They now give you table numbers to take to your table so you can be assured of getting your own food . Food was improved as was interior and staff.

My first visit today, and I loved it. The food was very delicious. Enjoyed a mint tea and my partner had the ginger tea without lemon. There was a little mix up with our order but I didn't mind as it was very busy. My reason for knocking one star off was because I had the Almond and berry tart, unfortunately it wasn't very nice at all. The pastry was soggy. I actually left it a quarter way in. Apart from this we really enjoyed our visit and the service.

Excellent service really helpful, came out on Sunday as I phoned him the Friday, and he came as he promised and did not over charge me! Great repair shop. I wasn't sure if people still repaired microwaves. But I had built-in microwave and was struggling to find new one that would go straight into cupboard. Extremely pleased that I tried this shop, fast and honest service, saved me a lot of money and got to put microwave back into kitchen without modifying cupboards for a new one.

This service is absolutely wonderful as a landlord, ARE have managed to repair a washing machine and a cooker, within 24 hours, parts were readily available, the engineer was friendly and quickly provided a diagnosis. Kate is so very helpful and professional, would recommend this 5 star repair service. Very happy.

I had previously had several lessons with another instructor but never felt confident and resigned myself to the fact I will never be a driver. Then a friend recommended Drivers GB intensive courses. The office staff we're very friendly and helpful and kept me updated with schedules and bookings. Donna my instructor was amazing! She made me feel relaxed and really built up my confidence behind the wheel, for the first time in my history of driving I felt that I could actually pass my practical test. And after 15 hours of intense lessons i passed with only 3 minors! I would recommend Drivers GB to anyone. The best all round driving experience from start to finish.

Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating staff. This garage has helped me both with emergency repairs as well as good value servicing and MOTs. Access is narrow and space inside is limited so maneuvering can be tricky, but that's the only drawback to this location. Recommended.

They diagnosed and fixed my C1 for a reasonable price after several other garages failed to fix the problem. A real relief after a few months of wasting money trying to pinpoint the issue! One of the mechanics was great on both my visits to the garage by taking the time to explain the exact issue to me as I'm clueless! I would highly recommend this garage to Citroen owners :)

We had our whole house rewired and Adam did a great job. Very helpful from start to finish, listened to what we wanted and great at communicating and keeping us updated. We'll definitely use his company again for any future work.

I have used recruitment boutique for over 5 years now. You can work with their team to feedback on applications coming through and more finally tweak to your requirements. I have found a number of suitable applicants from Sous chefs to General managers. The system is not expensive to use if you buy blocks of adverts from them and unlike the caterer you do not have to use them in a limited time window. Thoroughly recommended!

Was at my friends wedding and she had hired iNFiNiTi magic as her magician. I was completely mesmerised by his tricks. In my personal opinion I would say his the dynamo of Birmingham (only better) will definately be up for hiring him for any future events I may be holding and will recommend to family and friends

I had bought a care home through auction which was let through Spectra. I found the agents very professional in advertising, negotiating, leasing and prompt in paying rent into the account. I could not have struck such a deal with out their expertise. I found them very easy to approach and kept me updated through out the process. I genuinely felt as if my interests were personal interest of the agents. Above all qualities, the one I commend the most is the honesty and openness of Mr Singh, never through the whole time did I ever doubt his sincerity with me and my interests. This quality was a key in striking the deal and both parties had complete faith and trust in his recommendations, which led to an excellent result. Will definitely recommend this agent, in this complex property market.

I have just had my Mothers funeral conducted by the COOP Stirchley. I received such kindness and respect from the staff far above my expectations. They were exemplary in every detail from our first meeting right through til the last. I highly recommend them without exception.

When our Dad died two years ago we used the Coop funeral service at Cotteridge and everything was beautifully done with sympathy, efficiency and dignity. We were very grateful. So when Mum died in March this year we went back to the Coop - and received excellent service for a second time. We would thoroughly recommend them.

Lovely little garden centre very easy to walk to and pleasant to look round however the cafe could do with improving, it was a tad expensive for the quality of the food and drink, service was lovely and the waitress happily changed my partners drink and they were kind and helpful but I think the food and drink needs to improve to match the price. Also I would suggest serving drinks in glasses especially as we were sat in as opposed to plastic cups which seems counter intuitive when the cafe has made the effort to provide paper straws and recyclable napkins.

Lovely little cafe and garden centre. Small but well stocked with a good variety of plants and the usual garden centre items.

I wanted to make hanging baskets and chatted to the man in the garden centre. He was extremely informative and helpful about how to do it and the different types of plants. I’ve always had great experiences with the staff there and thoroughly recommend it.

Like any other Homebase - it's a DIY+ shed. So they got some garden furniture and quite reasonable quality kitchens as well the usual - paints, tools, flooring, tiles, electrical, etc. Tends to be quite expensive and choice may be limited. Good parking, wheelchair access. Assistants are helpful but have no expertise. Better competition out there.

Quick visit today. Ì found everything Ì needed without difficulty. Homebase has been in this smaller building for some time now but range of goods still very wide. Prices OK.

I take my young son here. He used to hate having his hair cut before we took him to Phase 2. Now he's not bothered. The staff are brilliant with him and chat away with him, and do a great job with his hair. Do book though if you're going on a weekend as they can get busy.

In terms of value for money, probably the best barbers around. I have my favourite barbers, however I can honestly say I have never had a BAD haircut from Harris. Only reason I have given a 4 star and not a 5 would be the waiting times are usually quite high dependant on day and time. However this is a sign of a successful business.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. All these guys are great and cut guys and kids hair great. It's well priced about 7 quid. Even if there is a cue you still get seen quick as there is always about 4 guys working at one time. The kids get a lolly after which is nice. They are worth alot more than they charge. In a word Natalie is AMAZING!! We left our cocker spaniel Ronnie for two weeks and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more from a dog sitter. I had regular daily videos and pictures which really put my mind at rest as we had never left him for so long before. If I’m honest I did think Ronnie wouldn’t want to come home he was having such a great time. Being a Veterinary Nurse, I am extremely protective over my fur babies, and was petrified of leaving them in kennels whilst we went away (my first holiday without my dogs in 7 years) Luckily I found Natalie who welcomed my babies with open arms and treated them as if they were her own. With daily video updates and messages of reassurance, I've never been so relaxed and confident leaving my dogs with someone whilst we went away. I can now actually look forward to my next holiday knowing that with Natalie they are in safe hands. Thanks again!

This is a fantastic cattery with very good facilities - all the cats looked well cared for and happy. The drive up to the cattery is narrow and Harborne golf course has a right of way from hole to the next tee so go slow and watch out for cars coming round the corner at the end by the veterinary.

Never left my cat before and was a little apprehensive but these guys were wonderful. True animal lovers and genuinely kind people. Lovely place, great atmosphere. Even when I was a nightmare and kept changing my dates around due to work, they were such stars. Thank so much, will definitely use again in the future.

I now have a policy with PPC. I was tired of broken promises made by the big companies appointments missed wrong diagnosis. I knew the last guy who they sent to repair my boiler from school and he advised I changed to professional Plumbing Care. A local company only operating in Birmingham they are a different league.

My elderly dad's shower was leaking severely and was flooding the bathroom and kitchen so we needed help fast. I had seen all the good reviews so decided to give them a call. I explained the issue to Adam , who after hearing how bad it was a went out of his was to get to us in under half an hour! And has the problem fixed in another 30. Not only that but he was genuine and absolutely brilliant at his job. Lovely lovely man. He explained exactly what was wrong and what was happening and was just one of the most polite plumbers I have spoken to. And the cost wasn't bad either! My father even attached the job page to the fridge so he can save their number for next time. Could not be happier. Very glad I chose them.

The owner was incredibly friendly, always with a smile on his face and no request was too much! Got my poster printed within half an hour! His prices are also a lot cheaper than the University. Master piece out of 5!

Nigel the owner of this establishment was such a nice friendly and all round helpful supplier. I was able to get my printing done for the next day. I felt the single item I had to print was just has important and treated with equal importance has the bigger jobs that he has to do. I would recommend.

TRS are a proffessional company, three great guys who are down to earth and enjoy a laugh which really did take the stress out of moving. They were punctual and extremely considerate at how they removed the furniture from our house and loaded it on to the van. Impressed at how clean they left both properties given the bad weather of late. Would not hesitate to use the company again and would most definitely highly recommend.

Affordable and competitive fares, I like the distance-based fare-metre, you don't need to ask how much is the fare as the metre is visible to everyone. I have been using ambassador cars for about 9 months it was recomended by a friend. I needed a car to the airport. Driver 21 was on time very helpfull loaded the luggage and took us as close as he could to the drop off point and took our luggage out unlike our previous taxi firm driver told me health and safety issue he was not insured to lift anything up. A big thank you. £18 which was a very reasonable price as year before I paid £20 + £2 for parking with previous firm.

Fantastic service phoned up With the problem on my TV Roy the proprietor came to my house collected the TV took it away and repaired it, told me what the cost was which I agreed and then delivered the TV back within 36 hours fully repaired, would have no hesitation in recommending them and using them again. Very caring. Have had both my cats treated there. Also they don't string you out for profit. Rebecca, one of the vets, very mindful of the costs and does all she can to keep them down while putting pet first.

Always bring my dog here the only vets I trust. Very helpful and friendly. The pet plan is great as don't have to worry about the bill for the booster/flea treatment and worming with free six month checkup too
